FAQ
• Does the Doctor accept any health insurance or health plans? With the exception of One HMG Healthline, for employees of the British Consulate General, the Doctor only offers private consultations. However, we always provide invoices which patients can use to claim reimbursements from insurance companies that offer this option.
• How long does a consultation with the Doctor last? The first consultation typically lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes, but the Doctor allocates up to 2 hours in his schedule, in case the patient needs more time.
• Is it possible to split the consultation fee into more than one receipt/invoice? Due to legal reasons, we cannot issue invoices or receipts for consultations that did not occur, or with dates or patient identification that do not correspond to reality.
